Before going into Lorraine’s class, I had no idea about how I would write my personal statement. After two short lessons, my ideas were organized and I felt confident writing about personal experiences. As the first person to attend college in my family, I did not know where to get help for college. But after attending Lorraine’s workshop, I know I have someone to help me. Lorraine doesn’t just help students with their personal essays, she also guides them in anything college or scholarship related. Her class is fantastic and I recommend it to every student on the island.
